2nd place - One silver medal

Trophies for National Teams : The 3 first ranked teams (female, male and in total will each get a trophy). The ranking position of the teams will be decided by the Olympic System. All contestants and team officials participating in the Estonian Championships will receive a certificate of participation.
11. Conditions for Participation:
· The entry fee of EURO 10,oo per person
12. Weigh-in:
· The weigh-in of the contestants takes place on the previous day of the weight - division they compete.
· During the weigh-in, the male contestant shall wear underpants and the female contestant shall wear underpants and brassiere.
· However, the contestant may weigh-in nude if he/she wishes to do so.
· The weigh-in will be conducted once. However, one more weigh-in within the time limit of the official weigh-in will be granted to those contestants who did not qualify the first time.
13. Closing date for entries:
The closing date for receipt of entry forms by the Estonian Federation is March 25th 2004. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Strict compliance with the ruling is required.
14. Others:
· Each participating team should bring two delegation flags with size of 90 cm x 130 cm and a cassette tape of the national anthem.
