EVALUATION
According to the existing
system of WTF, it's required to follow strict succession during
the accomplishment of attestation - the student starts with the
attestation on the white belt (X GEUP), proceeds to the yellow
belt (IX GEUP) and so on, without missing any level. It is
necessary for the complete acquirement of the basic technique.
At the same time the requirement for the length of time is
strictly followed, that means, there are fixed dates for
proceeding from one GEUP to another.
Given system exists sportsmen who practise 3 times a week.
The right of accomplishing the attestation is owned by a master
of 4th and higher DAN.
As result of the attestation on the 1st DAN and higher the
sportsmen are given an international exemplary certificate, and
his data is sent to the headquarters of WTF in Seoul (Kukkiwon).
The diplomas of sportsmen, attestated on GEUPs, are handed over
by the Taekwondo federation of the given country, while on that
diploma there has to be the signature of a master who has
accomplished the attestation. |
